I think i know the problem. Every pad except for A is reading .6. Could it be that the connection between everything isn't strong enough. Also what soldering iron would you recommend i use?

You have that meter on the wrong setting you want the next setting which looks like an arrow with a + attached it's right above the ON writing. That is the continuity setting, you have it on resistance which will not give you good results.

I changed it to the right setting and this is what I got. Except for the A and GND everything read as 1. A is 30, but from GND on the pi to VCC on the board it is 453. Plus 5v to VCC is 1. I dont think I have verry good connections on the board.

Those High Numbers means there is some continuity but not solid connection when the numbers are low like that last picture 001 then it's a solid connection. the A isn't looking that bad but it's not a 100% solid connection, the GND and VCC having those high numbers is ok too as I get about the same readings on mine.

Those mean that they are connected in a way but usually through a decoupling capacitor which is fine, if it was low numbers then that is a concern. Now that you know how to check things out go and see if GND is touching the 3.3v line/GPIO and also see what else the GND might be touching, remember if the numbers are high then it's usually fine.

I checked all the pins, but nothing was connected to GND. 3.3v and GND had 1700 so they arent connected. Could it be that I damaged the rasberry pi while soldering? If so, how can I remove it, and what soldering iron would you recomend I use when soldering the next pi to the board?
P.S. thanks for walking me through all this.

ITS WORKING!!! I swaped sd cards and pluged it in and it powered up. I was really worried i damaged the rasberry pi there.
