Mintypi Won't Boot, behaves very very odd

My MintyPi screen won't light up when power is connected until a little while later, but always the same amount of time later. It never posts. The screen should light up right when power is connected, but I can't explain the delay. When I test with my DMM nothing shorts UNTIL the delay, then EVERYTHING shorts and the screen lights up. This has totally stumped me, any help would be appreciated.

I believe I am having the same issue. My board is a v2 and everything seems to be soldered correctly. I am stuck and don't know what to do.




Edit: Sorry I didn’t look hard enough the first time. I found plenty of help on other posts not fixed yet, but soon.
