Black screen, on but not showing anything

Again, thanks for getting back to me. I may as well just get another pcb when they're available, if possible? I don't own a rework station, so would prefer not to go the route of buying one if I don't have to, at that point I'd have more into it than buying one on the forum already assembled. Just wanted the satisfaction of building one. Kicking myself in the ass for not testing the damn Pi before I soldered it to the board.
