PCB Not receiving full voltage on battery

So I'm just about to wrap up my build and for some reason decides it doesn't want to power on when running on battery.
What's even more frustrating is that it was working just fine before I closed it up but now won't power on. After testing with the multimeter I'm getting 3.5v where the battery wires connect to the pads on the board, and the battery charger, but the board itself is only getting 1.11v
Any help is greatly appreciated.

A solder may have broke while closing the build, check all the connections.

I checked continuity on the battery charger, switch, the pi, and the vcc/ground on the PCB and all are connected.

do you have another charging board to test ? just to eliminate a faulty hardware

I do, what would I be looking for in testing? I'm not entirely sure the battery charger is faulty if it's delivering the full voltage to the board.

Check from the VCC on the board to the battery output of the Chargeboard for continuity. You could have a bad ground also so be sure you solder multiple GND GPIO like the one Below the A Button GPIO.

I figured it out, it was a bad connection at the switch. Everything is working now. Thanks for the help!

So it's no longer a bad connection on the switch. Having the same issue once again. I did as Helder suggested and I'm getting full continuity on the charge board to the VCC pad when the switch is on. Also I soldered all the ground connections on the gpio pinholes and I have a good connectivity to all the ground locations.

Here are some images of my multimeter readings. I should also note that I did replace the charger board but sadly did not make a difference
