White Screen

[Questionable]

Ordered a mintypi back in December, I'm just not getting around to building it and am having some issues with the screen.
Following Wermy's MintyPi v3 build guide I got to about 11 mins in where you plug the screen in for the first time. Mine stays white.

I plugged the mintyPi into my TV via HDMI and got the retropi config page to show up

So I'm assuming it's some issue with the screen
