Mintypi Lite Flickering Screen

SOLVED!!!

(The version of mintypi software did not fit the screen type.)


Hello,

So today I made the mintypi lite. I soldered the board and tested all the pins and got conductivity. I then continued following along with the new mintypi video. As I got to the boot up the screen just flickers and it will flicker other things if I press buttons but I can't make them out. I went over all my solders and don't see any bridged but still nothing. I was wondering if I could get some help from someone who is way better with this stuff. Attached is some pictures of my soldering spots and a shot clip of boot up.

Try redoing your solder connections from the pi to the controller PCB. The board will flex a little when being put together and you might have a weak solder connection that gets a little weaker when the board is flexed.
