I just Ordered and paid for it using PayPal. I live in france.

So, batch 3 got delayed just a little bit, but good news is that batch 4 shipped with it. So, all current orders will go out by the end of the week. With batch 5 coming in soon after this will no longer be a preorder and orders will ship very soon after ordered.
