This is Power Strip board designed by Helder - https://oshpark.com/shared_projects/tQqjx16m
You might need this to collect all 5v and gnd inputs and outputs in one place, but it depends on other boards you're using.
Here is wiring diagram I created for latest Helder's board

Hi Camble

I have received the safe shut down a little while ago and have decided to mount a different switch to the one supplied, link below.

http://in.rsdelivers.com/product/arcole ... el/5332986

Could I still use the double throw switch above, while retaining some of the functionality, it's a little hard to work out without a schematic of the internals etc.

I'm guessing I could still use the switch to shut off the power, probably not to keep it on? advice would be appreciated.

If I can use the above switch, what impact on the script would there be? again I'd probably have to remove some functionality?

Regards,
Daniel

Well, that's really not answering my question. Thank you for the feedback.

The Pi would shut down as soon as the script launches. That switch is double pole, not double throw.

Ordered on 27.10 - looks like a great bit of kit. Can't wait to get it fitted! What sort of lead time am I looking at?
