but if you're planning to use front LEDs you need modified bracket with holes :

@kubino, would you mind to align the LED holes with Kite's SAIO so they can be seen from the upper part?

Since you have your test case you could try to see how they look with Hoolyhoo's bracket. I am going to use it too and would like to just assemble your case with all the other parts without further tweaking.

I can draw it, but can't drill them by CNC :-( only possibility is front case at the moment.

Thanks as always for your fast reply.
I hope not to break Hoolyhoo's bracket while making the holes lol

Would like a grey one with kite SuperAIO USB and X/Y holes. Unsure about LED holes - in the example pic they're much larger than I would like.
ok, will put you in a list. The holes in picture are 3mm, but I can do 1.2mm radius or even smaller.
1.2mm sounds much better - I'd like to see the LEDs for status in case something goes wrong, but I don't need them quite so prominent.

Thanks, please let me know when you would be ready. Do you have any idea on lead time?

It can takes up to 4 weeks.

Just trying to give you ideas to polish the design.

Check this build:

Would it be possible to countersink the holes through CNC? I know you stated that trying to give X/Y buttons the same look as original A/B is not convenient enough, hence this could look quite good.

Excuse that I ask too many questions about CNC milling but I'm like a kid in a candy shop with these newer technologies :)

that shoudn't be a problem with correct bit. In fact I already tried something similar :

Did you use a standard countersink bit when you did your test? I would love to have that little taper/countersunk holes. It would put the cherry on top of my GBZ shell I get from you.
