Since MAY? Holy crap. It shouldn't take 4 months to process a refund.

yeah that was my first request, which was a few hours before galaxygaming said that his paypal account was frozen. I have since contacted them more recently, but I have my doubts that I will get my money back.

Hi. I got my refund by opening a dispute in paypal.
Just to express my regrets on being fascinated by wermy's video on this "pocketpi FE", that just became a big flop... this was a good idea... but just stayed a good idea. just opted for a gpi case, less troubles tho

my order is almost 1 year ago and i am still waiting for it. I hope I get my money back soon. Unfortunately, the buyer protection at Paypal has expired. I hope the money is in the next 2 weeks on my account otherwise I have to take other measures ....

Just wanted to ask if I'm on the spreadsheet for refunds as well. Still got no conformation that any of my multiple refund requests have been noticed besides something like "all refunds will be taken care of" or something along that lines.

Please keep us updated. If they are not responding to requests for refunds at this point, that's a big problem.
Galaxygamings last update here was at the begin of July. He stopped answering for 2 months (Bluup and KonnorJ don't count. They just repeat the two phrases "A big push is coming" and "I'll put you on the list"). And he stopped refunding.

Since Paypal protection for all customers ran out, Rich has gone underground. Is this the big problem you've talked about?

Btw he started tier 4: https://galaxygaming.co.uk/shop/gameboy ... fe-kit-v2/
WTF
"THESE KITS ARE IN STOCK BUT VERY LIMITED QTY"
why the heck is that stated on the order page?

The kits do not contain the shell or glass and are essentially the cancelled orders being sold to get the last bit of money needed to ship the last orders, of which there are about 40ish left I believe. About 250 have gone out. It's not a "Tier 4", that's just what I assume Heedermann is calling it to fan the flames, which is not appropriate. Just to stress, they are cancelled orders being sold for near cost to get the last shipping money and I assume some refunds.

It's the same offer that was offered, if you don't want your shell cut (but you still received a normal shell), the kit would have been sent quickly and without a cut shell but everything else. No one is getting a full kit before those that pre-ordered. This kit is stripped down, it offers no custom glass lens and no shell. If people still want their original kit without a cut shell, that can be arranged and will dispatch almost immediately.

It's been a bit quieter on here, that's because nearly all the orders have gone out and the rest will go out. It's taken ages, it's not ideal, but there hasn't been a cut and run with the money, the orders are nearly done, the big pushes happened and a ton of orders went out at once. There were photos on here and nearly all the other social channels. Some orders came back due to factory errors, which needed replacing, but all in all it's now progressing at a steady rate and we've had tons of e-mails and posts with people saying how happy they are, which is a huge boost when you've devoted a good chunk of your last year to something.
