I am looking for a Gameboy Zero pre-cut case with additional front button cutouts (SNES style) that would accommodate Kite's Circuit Sword new board.

I have done about five myself already. I dont have the router/drill press like Kubino does, but I am a perfectionist when it comes to my cases. I can do one for you. Let me know and Ill PM you some pictures of my work.
