[Gauging Interest] HoolyHoo PSP1000 Joystick Bracket
[Gauging Interest] HoolyHoo PSP1000 Joystick Bracket
Ok guys, some have asked, so I worked on PSP1000 joystick version of my bracket. Here are the results.
Bracket works with either Kite's new or old board or Helder's board.
No glue is required for the joystick to be secured (bracket still is). Joystick is secured in the bracket and kept from sliding with one small screw. After Kite's or Helder's board are clamped down joystick is secure. It's a perfect fit and works well.
Here are a couple quick shots of the actual working model.
As usual, with enough interest I will add it to the sales thread. Let me know what you guys think.
Thanks.

Great, I would be in!
And one question - what is the hole size for joystick? I've tried to add one to my build, but small hole doesn't provide enough space for movements (from my perspective), and big one looks awful.

10mm hole in the case will allow full movement of the joystick and still look good. Picture above shows that. I made a drill guide also to get perfect alignment just like the button holes one.silentjames wrote: ↑Tue Nov 07, 2017 5:12 amGreat, I would be in!

This is awesome! I actually modified your old STL and removed a little bit of the button border to make room for the joystick. Happy to see you create a much cleaner version.
