So it is for the Gameboy Pocket right? Not the normal GameBoy? Also, will it fit in a Gameboy Color? I know there's a small difference in shape of the pocket and color...

This is specifically for the Pocket!
It will not fit the standard DMG case (Full size)

As per the Color, although the form factor is similar, the location of the power switch is on top for the pocket, on the side for the color.

If we are supplying our own cases, what does the color question in the survey refer to?

Excellent idea! I really love how clean this build looks like. Way to go!
In my opinion the PCB should be black. Green PCB is clearly visible on the edges of the black screen lense. Or there will be an option for the PCB color to buy?

but when i power it up with your image is the screen upside down :(

Add "display_rotate=2" to your boot config file. That should fix your screen issue.
