What buttons were used to adjust the contrast/brightness/colour on the screen? I think I read somewhere that wermy used:
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00974 ... UTF8&psc=1
But they seemed kind of large?
Thanks.

If you look at https://imgur.com/a/jyjmG and scroll down, you will notice three buttons that look like he attached to a protoboard to control the colour/contrast/brightness from the battery compartment. Was curious what size buttons he used here/ or where he got them.

Yes, as i already wrote, those came with the display.
Those are not buttons he soldered on or something, they are part of the display, on a separate board.

I could be wrong but I think there is some confusion here. I don't think the adafruit display comes with buttons. But even if it does I think what
@Simon is referring to is way back on @wermy 's second blog post (http://sudomod.com/game-boy-zero-guides-and-giveaway/) where he details the giveaway, if you look in the comment section someone asks the same question regarding these buttons and @wermy responds with a link to these buttons (http://www.amazon.com/uxcell%C2%AE-Mome ... le+buttons) saying they are similar but he never specifies whether or not his screen came with any.
@Simon
Most people are getting their screens from the backup camera displays and those do have a little separate controller board that has the 3 needed buttons on it. They are rewiring those into the battery compartment for easier access. I do not know if that is the same method @wermy used or if he used new switches like the ones he linked to on amazon.
Hope this helps!

@Simon
I am sorry, i was wrong.
He really DID make them himself, as seen in the new video.
I just thought those looked too professional to be diy,
and all my screens already came with this board.
I have to learn to keep my mouth shut
