I also wanted as little soldering to the Pi as possible, so where I could I used the actual microUSB socket. I'd recommend that if you have space for that.

How do you want to do this, if you do you won't be able to align the hdmi port anymore

I know I connect everything to the powerstrips not the Pi itself. But when my GBZ starts and I plugg in keyboard than It reboots? Anyone knows why?

Edit: never mind. It does look right. Cited bad order. Sorry. Is that one of the approved hubs to work?

Looks to me like your data wires are backward. Black, green, white, red is the order. Although I'm not familiar with that hub or your USB connector.

But I tested mine every step of the way. First made sure it worked when delivered. Then made sure it worked when I pulled it apart. Then I pulled the two USB ports off and checked it again. Then after that I wired one port to my teensey and checked it again. It didn't work, so I checked to see if the ports on the hub still worked. They did, so I knew it was my wiring. Recut wires and resoldered and it finally worked. You really have to check every single step as you go, because if you just wire everything up and try, there's so many places things could have gone wrong.

Crossed power / ground cables. That's what it was on mine anyway.
