do you know if the screen in the link is any thing like the screen you can get from adafruit.
Its the 3.5" tft lcd. Are they different or the same thing just one has the board with it?

I think I worked it out now.. thanks for your help with the links.

Having a DPI screen would be awesome but by the look of it it leaves just about no gpio pins to work with.
Not sure if it would really work for me
