Joycon Joysticks for Kite SAIO Pi3

I had originally planned on using a single PSP1000 joystick, but I like the joycon joyticks a lot better. I was wondering if it was possible to use them with with of kite's saio boards with the pi3 gpio extender?

Yes it's possible with one of @kites breakouts
