Desoldering IC for 5V Help

Post by Flooooor » Sun Jun 19, 2016 2:26 pm

Hello,

i've just started with the GBZ and have a problem with desoldering.
I bought the EPathChina 3.5 Composite Display and want to desolder the IC as shown in this picture.

Who has done this successfully and can give me some help how to do it?
The damn thing won't move a single mm?
At first I've tried wermys way with bathing all pins in solder. As this way didn't work i tried to remove all solder with desoldering braid.
Unfortunately the result is still the same...

The IC is still stuck.

Please Help Me!
