I bought exactly this screen... the PCB does not fit into the DMG shell without modifying it, it must be shorten by ~1mm. On one side of the PCB should be plenty of space to cut 1mm off...
But since we have to use HDMI audio if HDMI is used, we need to find a flexible tiny 3,5cm cable to grab sound from the jack which is attached to the screen... Couldn't find a nice cable so far... Another solution could be to desolder the jack and solder wires on it...
The screen itself is glued with some "thick elastic tape" and connected with two ribbon cables to the PCB: One for the digitizer and one for the lcd... at least the bigger lcd-ribbon-cable can be safely detached from the PCB...

PCB width: 86,3mm
PCB height: 56,2mm
height of screen+PCB+HDMI connector: 13,7mm
the PCB could be shorted by ~12mm, as far I can see this area has no traces or electrical components:
