Question about membranes (X Y buttons)

What are you using for the button membrane for the x/y buttons after adding them in?
Been searching through the forums and do find quite alot on the discussion of button types, and pcb's to use, but not really finding anything on how or what people are using for the membrane for the x/y buttons
Working on doing my own build and bought a pcb off ebay (says it's Helder's PCB v 1.3), and trying to figure out how to do the membrane for x and y.
