What are those bracket things Wermy uses in the videos?

Hi, another dumb question, but what are those bracket things Wermy uses to hold the parts up while he solders/glues in the videos? Not sure what to search for. Thanks.

they're called helping hands and are quite well, helpful lol

There is also an alternative to the helping hands that I might mention, the brand name is PanaVise but there might be cheaper clones for sale.
