I don't mean to steal Helder's thunder, but there seems to be a huge demand for his PCB and since it's open source I uploaded it to OSHPark here: https://oshpark.com/shared_projects/iXzXGWbt





(I'm not affiliated with OSHPark at all and don't get any kind of kickback if you order. It's just an awesome service that's printed some PCBs for me in the past and they always come out amazing.)

The downside is that in a small-quantity run you need to order a minimum of 3, which comes out to about $32, but you'll have it in a week or so. You can also do a "medium" run, which is a minimum quantity of 30, but the cost is down to $6.67 per board. But it also takes 2-4 weeks to arrive.

Does someone want to organize a group buy and then part them out to interested parties? I've done the bulk shipping thing before and it's no fun, so I think I'll pass.

I also uploaded them to oshpark.com before I put them up for sale but the price for 3 boards is rather high but if people don't want to wait for me to get stock that's a somewhat expensive alternative.

It might be just me but 32$ for 3 pcb's is less then you would pay for 3 pieces @kitsch-bent.

I don't mean to pry, so stop me if I am, but what source do you use Helder? Seems like your source is running cheaper, or is it that you're just buying in bulk from the beginning?

I have tried many board places over the years but I currently use DirtyPCB for things, I believe they're associated with Seeed which is another good board site I've used before. Quantity is always cheaper if you get enough and although I like OSHPark for many things larger boards hurt so bad in the wallet and I hate those little break off ridges they leave on the board edges.

The price you paid on OshPark for 3 could have gotten you 10 boards else where but I'm sure you bought them before I setup the large batch links.

Yeah, I was too impatient! If your batches run out I've got two spares so maybe I can recoup a little of the cost.
