Full List of Parts to Buy

Hey guys,
So I recently watched all of wermy's videos on building the GBZ. And now I'm seeing all of the parts you guys are making to make things simpler. I just received my Raspberry Pi and my Gameboy is on the way.
There's so much information here, it's a bit overwhelming and would take me quite a while to read through everything. Is there some sort of updated list for the best/simplest parts to use?
Thanks!
Sean

There is a list of necessary components in the Wiki:
http://sudomod.com/wiki/index.php?title=Game_Boy_Zero
This list contains everything you need for the original GBZ-Modification made by wermy.
As far as I understand this, if you are going to use helder's board (
http://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1034), you won't need
- to build an andio filter
- to include an amp
- to include an usb-hub
- to mess around with the original board, coppertape and stuff
Since you are a beginner (like me), taking a look at kite's project might be an idea:

If this works, there will be an even easier solution with less soldering, glue and stuff.

The board also has a drill template to always put the X & Y holes in the correct location, it also has the Atmega chip for controls preprogrammed.
You will need a speaker, headphone socket a volume potentiometer, a power supply and battery and screen to complete the build.

Thank you so much Spaddel and Helder! Very very helpful. I'm okay at soldering, so hopefully I should be able to complete this well enough. But, lots of good resources here. Cheers!
