For the Video tutorial, I will be using a backup camera from amazon: http://www.amazon.com/BW-3-5-Inch-Monit ... ge_o03_s00

I believe Wermy will be doing a Video on the Aadafruit screen? If this is correct, could someone help me with mine if I run into issues? I believe I read an article about using these backup cameras with RPi and you have to do some soldering to one of the resiters to get it to power on with 5V instead of 12V. https://superpiboy.wordpress.com

....and yes, I have been locked in my room during the soldering for hours away from my wife completing my build... :) :)

I got an adafruit screen. I linked the steps here to get it to run off 5v. http://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=88. I'll test it later and report back.

I tried to get the Niceshopping screen and I heard others say it runs off 5V. So I went a head and connected it up to the pi0 and test it out with no luck on anything showing on the display. Any ideas guys?

FYI, this is the only chip that has writing on it. Not sure how to tell if this needs to be removed to get 5V

Actually the yellow goes to the TV composite in (square) and white goes to the adjacent connector.
