I am in the midst of my own Gameboy Zero build. I ordered an aftermarket case off of Amazon (Junsei, I think), but it never came with the little plastic sliding power switch.
I am hoping I can 3D print a new one, but I can't find any suitable 3D-models of the part on the internet. Has anyone printed said part or have a 3D model of one??
Specifically the grey plastic piece in the picture
Cheers

hey,
I found this link. But it only seems to be the top part. I'm not at the PC at the moment, but I can create an CAD/stl file for you tomorrow.

I purchased two sets of DMG buttons for my project and both sets came with that switch. So if you are buying buttons from someplace like Kitsch-bent, it may be included. But... I have a white one I'm totally not using. Not sure how PMing works in this site, but what would it cost me to send it to you, a stamp or two?

Thanks everyone that offered to send a switch - that's so generous. I actually am hoping to use this project as an excuse to learn more about 3D-printing and design. The model that AerynSun found is exactly enough of what I was looking for!

The dimensions aren't 100% right. But if you want to learn, I can send you only a drawing instead of the finished modelBiotechjones wrote:Thanks everyone that offered to send a switch - that's so generous.
