How to make screen more readable?

So I just built my GBZ and am working through some issues. Is there any way to make the screen readable? When in commandline I can make out like every other word. I'm using the BW screen.

Could you post some photos of what exactly you want to make more readable?

The screen resolution needs to be set in the config file... just open the file and look for the resolution settings, remove the hashtag and change the resolution to your screens resolution. It's likely 320 x 240. Should work for you... Here's how it looks with the proper resolution settings...

This is what I was looking for! Thank you! Now to just find a RetroPie theme that looks good with a nice big font.

This is what I was looking for! Thank you! Now to just find a RetroPie theme that looks good with a nice big font.
This will only change the font size when in the terminal... You can apparently change the RetroPie fonts size as well but I haven't gotten to that point yet. Need a Keyboard that will work with the Pi Zero to change those settings I believe...
