Use original DC power jack for charging

I'm planning on keeping the case as stock as possible and am planning on reusing the DC charging jack and tapping that into the PowerBoost. I figured I'd have to make a custom USB-to-DC jack adapter but these guys have the exact thing we'd need! http://www.nintendorepairhut.com/access ... ndods.html Granted, it's not as convenient as exposing a micro USB port, but I'm hoping on getting the PowerBoost into the battery compartment so I can always plug in there if I don't have my handy new cable lying around.

Interesting, thanks for sharing! It'll probably look more elegant than if you spliced the cable together.
