dpad response is poor
Hey all, I just finished my build and everything is working (which is really cool thanks to the whole community here, you guys are awesome) but when browsing through the emulators or when playing the dpad would skip a step or two. I mean instead of going left one step I would go left two steps at once. Same for up and down. I played around with the screws holding the PCB and I noticed a slight change, but I can't get it work 100% properly. Anyone else had the same issue? Thank you guys..

Re: dpad response poor
Can you post the code you are using for the Teensy?
I haven't been active for a while. I periodically check the forum and blog for interesting projects, but don't post very much.

Re: dpad response poor
Thanks for the quickuick reply.
I followed wermys guide step by step and used the code he shared here: http://sudomod.com/wp-content/uploads/2 ... y_Zero.zip
I also could post the exact code if that helps

Re: dpad response is poor
I tried my pi0 with retropie with an external USB hub on my TV and I noticed some skipping as well. It just happens every once in a while but it happens quite regularly. I guess its could just be a performance issue.

It happens with me on helders AIO v1.4. Not super frequent (maybe once every 10-15 min?) and it's manageable though it does suck for games that are input intensive. I don't think it's a hardware thing, I think it has to be something to do with retropie.

Thanks for the feedback so far. For me I can say it also happens a lot. Maybe I'll try to setup RetroPie from scratch again..

Re: dpad response is poor
The only thing I have noticed but it happens on two different builds?
Is when your on the home screen with the list of emulators when you press right a few times to scroll through the options after maybe 10secs it scrolls all the way back to the left, normally to the amiga emulator.
I thought it was my wiring, maybe a short but as it happens on two I'm thinking a software glitch?
