please! white screen help retropie pi 3

hello guy,
i have finished my build. but i got a problem, when i turn on the pi, everything works but i got a white screen.
here are some pictures so everybody can see the connections i made,
somethings to clarify:
*in the sd i installed retropie with normal img.
*when i connect by the hdmi i have the retropie image
*when i turn on i have a white screen

Maybe you should attach the screen to some other device with composite, so you can test the screen itself first.
If it works, (for instance with a digital camera or something) there's a problem with the video out from the pi to the screen.
You should also try a new image, and or check video settings.

Did you activate the AV out on the pi ? my guess is that it's off by standard, think you have to switch it on first (on the pi)
