Does anyone have suggestions for where I could purchase copper tape? I was unable to find any at Lowes or Harbor Freight (unless I was looking in the wrong areas). Online a roll seems to go for about $15. Is that a good price? Also, I assume that it is copper adhesive tape?

Amazon will be a good place, some goes lower than 5$

This is more of a "huh, I wonder..." post. What would be the tradeoff in the GBZ to use aluminium tape? It is super easy to get ahold of at hardware stores because of HVAC needs. Aluminum is more resistant, though I doubt that it is enough in this project.

With that said, I bought and used copper tape where needed.

Don't quote me on this, but probably a difference in strength, as well as the conductivity (although the differences would be relatively minimal, I imagine).

Amazin prime copper tape from seller J and I trading. $7 with 2 day shipping 1/4" and like over 20ft ling. I would give you a link but im on my phone lol. Not too bad of a price.

I ordered here, also very cheap copper tape and free shipping worldwide. It is quite wide but you can cut it to size easily.
