Do I need the hdmi port?

Have you ever used your hdmi connector on your GBZ? I don't really want to have it accesable, or should I? 
Nope. I moved my Rpi 0 to the center of the shell so that I can use that port for another USB port.
It's only if you want to connect it to your tv.
