rb3 with a touch screen

is this possiable ?
im thinking of attaching smraza 3.5in resistive touch screen
also, if it i can add the gma cartridge with the mini sd that is shown in the sudo videos.
aside from the retro pi i want to be able to use the other platforms the pi has to offer
also whats the biggest battery i can put inside the gb case ?
the goal is to make as much as a personal comp as much as an awesome game boy if anyone has any suggestions that would be great
