Maybe a little, to my eyes anyway. If you have one that works I'd say use that.
I really wanted to use the Adafruit one for the guide because I'd hate to recommend a very specific backup cam screen from a certain seller that then either stops carrying it, or starts carrying one of the revisions we've run into that does *not* work nicely.
It's also nice that the control board on the Adafruit one creates a perfect surface for mounting the Pi.
