I picked this board up on fleebay. I haven't seen any tutorials or guides on how to make the GBZ with it. Anyone have any links?

not entirely sure what you'd need a guide for... this just replaces the existing DMG control panel and you wire it up according to whatever guide you were following before. it looks like a clone of @helder's control panel which is orderable off OSHPark https://oshpark.com/shared_projects/EZmk5m2A . You have to drill holes for the buttons, but pick just about any recent project on here and it will use one of these or very similar. not many people are rolling their own now.
