I only ask as I tried to use those small black connectors before and the connection was very unreliable?

Hello, beware, dupont cables are very brittle. (sorry for my poor English)

Id suggest placing all of those wires that are NOT POWER on a single multiclip-together (the kind that kind of look like a ribbon cable), this way it'll be much easier to quickly disconnect the two halves.

I noticed that you kept the battery compartment on your build, I'd suggest that you place the cable clips down in those cavities on the left and right of it to prevent anything from touching and bridging. In your picture it looks like there is a lot of exposed wire coming out of the clip that comes from the main + and - on the controller pcb, try to trim it down for a perfect fit and maybe add a heat-shrink tube where the wires join the clip to prevent any exposure.

In my opinion you'd gain a lot more room in your case for the Pi (which doesn't seem to be in the case yet) if you removed the old battery compartment. But you could put the power at the top on the back casing, then put the pi right under it, id just be worried that the pi would make contact with the resistors on top of the tft control board.
