I'm makeing a game boy with a rpi2 and a common ground PCB using gpio pins have everything but a back up screen which I was wondering could I use a adrinofruit 2.8" shield like a pigrrl? Tips and tricks I now enough to start and I have a plan but new input is welcome always.noob first gbz

I don't know much about the adafruit screens, but I am sure you can use it. Does it connect via GPIO? if so you might run into issues if you also want your controls to be wired to the GPIO pins.
