Hi all,
Just wanted to drop by to say hi. I’ve been watching the videos and the forums for a while and finally decided to purchase all the parts required for the game boy zero. I think the only part I’m missing is a screen cover and something I’m willing to pick up at another time.
I’m a bit of a novice when it comes to soldering but enjoy the engineering side of my job. I very much enjoyed building my own pc a couple of years ago and thought this could be a bit more of an advanced project for me to undertake. I miss my old gameboy games so will only be making it for my gameboy (without the addition of extra buttons). Which I thought might make the whole process a bit easier for me.
Any advice on the type of solder to use?
Appreciate the support I’ve seen on this forum and I expect I might need some help in the not to distant future. Any advice / tips are also appreciated.
Thanks all
My first build, questions and hello
