DC 3.5mm Jack wiring pins

Does anybody have any experience or know how to wire these DC jacks? Thanks for the help.

The way the 3 pin ones normally work is that the center pin is +ve (but verify with a multimeter) and the outer two are ground - they work kind of like the 5 pin headphone jacks, with no plug inserted both ground pins will be connected, inserting a plug will disconnect one of them, again test with a multimeter.

Testing it with a multimeter is your best option.
