Wifi / Bluetooth Combo USB Dongle?

Since the Pi Zero has only one USB port, has anyone tried to get both Wifi and Bluetooth working off of it?
This Cirago Bluetooth 3.0 High Speed and Wi-Fi Combo Mini USB Adapter looks like the perfect size, but unfortunately, is out of stock everywhere
I found this Bluetooth / WiFi Combination USB Dongle on Adafruit but I think it would be a tight fit in my case, depending on how big the pcb is inside of it. It just looks bulky from the outside.
There's also this HAVIT HV-WU725 150Mbps Wireless WIFI Dongle Bluetooth 4.0 Mini USB Adapter For PC,Laptops (Black) which looks good, I might give it a try.
Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with these combo dongles, or what you guys think about them.
