What's the best wire to use when putting one of these bad boys together?

I am new at this, so don't take my answer as final. I just researched this, and it seems that you really want 24AWG or 22AWG for the power and ground wires. You want 28AVG for anything else. I took apart an old micro usb cable for the 28AWG, and bought some 24AWG

Cool idea on the USB, I'm sure I have some spare.
Thanks for the info

I've been using some silicone coated wire on a build I'm working on, it's really easy to work with (bends a lot easier than pvc coated wire) I bought a bundle of it on amazon, it comes with 10 feet of each color, 10 colors total

I've just ordered some 22AWG silicon for power and ground and a box that has 5x 28AWG silicon mixed colours. Must be the same stuff has I had choices of 6x or 10x.
Thanks for the help folks

22awg is waaay to thick. You need to be using 30/28awg for signals and 26awg for power.
