Hi all, so I'm making my first game boy pi zero with the TinkerBoy 1.1 board (http://www.tinkerboy.xyz/product/game-b ... oy-zero-3/)
I got it all wired up according to these helpful guides:
http://www.tinkerboy.xyz/gpio-button-gu ... mment-2838
http://www.tinkerboy.xyz/wiring-guide-f ... ller-v1-1/
The issue I'm having is that sometimes the buttons will register perfectly fine and other times all of the will stop working altogether if I move it. I made sure to wire up everything correctly and the board is receiving 5v at all times. Any ideas on why I'm having this issue with consistency?

Re: TinkerBoy Gameboy Zero PCB 1.1 Inconsistently Responding
Hey TinkerBoy, thanks for the quick response! After a couple days away from the project I came back to it today to make sure of some things. First, I used my multimeter to make sure all my solder joints were good. Everything checked out. Not knowing what else to do I watched a video of somebody else using this board. He gave the tip to take a screw driver and go over the button contacts lightly to help them make better contact. Since I was out of ideas, I tried that.
I have no idea if that is what helped, but when I turned on the board that issue I was having completely went away, as strange as it seems. thanks for your suggestion about the bad rubber pads; it seemed like as good a guess as any.

Yeah one of my previous builds with similar issues was solved by lightly screwing the board to make better contact with pads.
