in your video youre shrinking the images to 108x108 pixel. my image is really big so when i shrink to 108 pixel the image is still 3.5CM big. how many mm's are the images ?

Wondering if anyone has tried 100lb or 110lb paper instead of the two step process with styrene. Might be slightly thinner still but one less step would be nice if it works out.

That's a good idea! Or being able to print directly onto black styrene would be nice. Would require a UV printer though :/

I converted over from pixels, looks like the images are 9.14mm max height/width. I think the NES buttons are 10mm across
