Can anyone tell me anything about this screen and board.

I got this 10” lcd screen from a holiday display at work that was being trashed.

I don’t know enough about these tiny components to make it work.

Any ideas?
Let me know if you need more info or pics.

Also. My idea was to have it on my bench for testing Pi’s so an hdmi port would be ideal but if I can get it working in any way would be great.
