I've got a Circuit sword coming soon and have been considering adding a joystick to this build. I've seen builds with a joystick in the lower left corner, the center and both. My question for those that have done builds with joy sticks is do you have a preference for location?
I have a couple of test shells that I try different things on, I'll probably add a joystick in each spot and see if i feel any difference in one spot vs. the other.
I'd love to know what those of you that have done builds with them think, it may bring up something I hadn't considered.
Thanks!
A question about joysticks.

Re: A question about joysticks.
Actually, I feel like the lower left corner is more comfortable of the two. The middle one is too close to the buttons. Using that left one just causes you to hold it at a slight angle but it’s not terrible.

Re: A question about joysticks.
I have large hands and I prefer it in the middle because then my thumb is extended instead of bent to use it. I think your idea is a good one. Try it in either position and see what you like best.

Big hands here and I prefer the lower left, plus I think it's easier to fit in and wire cleanly but I'm sure it's a preference thing.

Re: A question about joysticks.
That is what I settled on as well, I thought about going with two joysticks but decided against it. I just did my shell modifications this last weekend.Hivetyrant wrote: ↑Wed Mar 04, 2020 6:44 amBig hands here and I prefer the lower left, plus I think it's easier to fit in and wire cleanly but I'm sure it's a preference thing.
