Is there a pocket compatible version of the Tinkerboy?

Pretty much as the title says. I could probably design it myself but if it has already been done I don't want to waste the time.

If you’re into DIY, check out the Gaboze Pocaio

Thanks. I looked at the pocaio, but I don't want to use the screen they have chosen, I was hoping for one that doesn't expect a specific screen.

That project is open source so if you had a screen in mind, you could modify the gerbers to whatever screen you want. I've thought about doing that myself too, but I want to build a "stock" one first.

If that was for me, I used the one recommended by the build guide for the gaboze pocaio. I wish I could find a connector for the screen instead of having to solder it directly to the board.
