Post by MinusMyX » Sat Feb 29, 2020 3:16 am

I am planning to buy the Gameboy zero kit that is 80 EUR and does not include the Raspberry pi zero w.
Can anyone explain or give me a guide on how to attach the raspberry pi to the board? (i will really appreciate pictures)

Seeing the kit you're using will help. Some kits you solder the pi direct to the PCB. Other kits you may need to use individual wires.

Let us know what kit you're planning to get and someone can help better...

Also may I suggest this: kite makes a great all in one board and they are up for pre sale right now.

-Circuit sword and lite utilize an original gameboy shell, the lite uses a pi zero (direct soldered) and the sword uses a cm3 module (power of a pi 3, in a ram style board that clips in)
-Shield utilizes a gameboy pocket shell and also uses the cm3 module.
-Gem is housed in a Dreamcast VMU and uses a pi zero, pretty cool, but very tiny!
