dbv's build - unusual parts only

Hi,
We have all seen the nice and shiny Cases so I'm going to show only things I don't have seen so much (or never).
I never understood why you want to have the SD Card in the cardridge, cause when you have ALL Roms, you have them all, no need to reach the SD Card easily...And in case of trouble there's ssh. But What to do with the now empty Cardrige? What do you need most on a mobile gaming station? Right! Batteries. So I put in some good old fashioned Samsung Galaxy S1 (I9000) Lion Batteries (which you can get with up to 2900mah). I Also wanted to know how much juice is left in the battery while gaming, So I grabbed a nice small MAX17043 and a WS2812b RGB LED an soldered it to the Arduino Pro Micro I'm using. Cause thats what Arduinos can do best, measure stuff :) Here are some first pictures.

After the "=" in the brackets you can put what you want your spoiler tag to say. Put it in quotes. Mine says "Viewable text". Then place the item you want hidden between the end and beginning of each set of spoiler brackets.

example:
Hidden text
So in the example you wrote if you place quotes around the word Test that is after the equal sign it would work.

That MAX17043 board sounds interesting. Look forward to seeing more of your ideas.
How do spoilers work?
Test
does nothing
To use the spoiler thing you just put quotation marks ("") around the first Test word you have in your example, and you'll end up with it like this:
Test
Edit: Guess I should have refreshed the page after making my breakfast as I see it's already been answered. :lol:

@KaiKona808 & zero

Thanks for clearing this up :D.

The Max17043 is pretty cool, cheap in China (as always) but I ordered it on Ebay Germany for ~7€

Here is a quick Wiring-scheme.

I also use the arduino (together with the max) to indicate the zero to shut down wenn the battery goes below 3V

I anticipate that your Volume wheel wont work for your speaker if you put it infront of the amp. Youll need to put it after the amp. This sucks cause you wont be able to regulate your headphone volume anymore.

That's a valid point, maybe setting the system volume to 1-10% does the trick

Maybe I am wrong but setting the system Volume to 1% coukd lead to quality loss. I thought about hooking up a potentiometer (Volume-wheel) to my teensy and map it as media keys. This way I wouldnt have to worry about coming up with some crazy wiring. But this is just theory right now.

@dbv

Could you give me the link to the MAX on ebay Germany? All the ones I found ship from china and would take forever to arrive. Thx.
