Any questions feel free to ask, I wired my usb sound slightly different that others have posted, the audio out from the usb card goes straight to the vol control then to the headphone jack then out to the amp this way it is easier to connect both channels to the amp as it is still a low level signal, also less of a chance of blowing out your ears when using headphones.

Thanks for all the great comments. The L and R buttons are just the tactile switches like wormy used.

The nibbling tool is very easy to use its like using scissors but for plastic, it is actually designed for thin metal too. I have had the tool for many years I cant remember where I got it but you can get them anywhere like amazon https://www.amazon.com/Nickel-Plated-Ni ... 1248921011

First of all, that is a great build!! I am working on my own Gameboy zero, I decided to go with the usb sound, can you provide a diagram and some hints on how you wired yours? That will help me out a lot, I tried following another diagram but they are using a different amp that I don't have. I would appreciate any help, thank you and again very nice build
