Post by Brandonmel » Sat Jan 21, 2017 3:16 pm

This guy made it so clean no wires and assembled it all in the video
Hd display, 7000 mah battery, un touched raspberry pi3
If someone could break down how he did it that would be aweome I think this guy got it down so that anyone could do it

Looks like a custom board. I'm more interested in the screen he's used - looks like it was this: https://world.taobao.com/item/541924387 ... rf7#detail - turns out ordering one cost less than £15 so I've placed an order, will see if its any good.

I have that kedei screen. Ordered it from ebay. I haven't tried to assemble anything yet, but the picture quality on the screen is excellent.

I'm with Captain over here.
Off centered screen (I know I know, it takes up more space on the right side but that doesn't matter, get another one that doesn't instead) and those screws, wtf? I've seen those builds before and the maker always use screws here and there, not pretty at all.

Do you mind quoting where you got the info to set up the screen?

Google translate took care of most if it (Chinese) - the address section on the cart was a challenge though!

You've put way too much effort in it :P

use this link; http://www.buychina.com/items/raspberry ... qrprooqhnk

And change the weight to 200 grams later on to fix the shipping costs.
Works for pretty much anything from taboo ;)
