Jmags GBZ

Post by Jmags1700 » Tue Apr 11, 2017 6:01 pm

Wanted to start a topic as motivation so I don't get side tracked so here is what I've done so far . I have already taken all the useable parts from my old gameboy (screen was broken so I didn't use it ) and I started to make some mods to the case

Mounted my bw screen but it doesn't seem to go low enough this is the screen as low as I can resting on the button well . Should I consider mounting the screen upside down and invert the image?

I'm curious as to how you chamfered the extra button holes?

Hey yeah I used a countersink bit just manually because it was really sharp and didn't want to over do it

Nice, I'll think i'll order one of these (would be handy for other projects as well). Good tip on doing it manually as well, I could see myself shredding that hole accidentally, haha.

I just ordered a meter spool of it (sans connectors), 40 strands for a few bucks on eBay.
